Job Title: Sales Manager- XR (South)
Location: Chennai
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive adoption of AR/VR and immersive learning solutions across Engineering Colleges, Universities, Medical Colleges, and Government Training Institutes across India. The role will focus on promoting platforms such as Unity and VR-based training solutions through institutional sales and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of AR/VR software, hardware, and immersive learning solutions.
- Engage with Principals, Deans, HODs, Skill Lab Heads, and Government officials.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations at institutions.
- Build and manage relationships with engineering and medical colleges.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and maintain CRM pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for project execution.
- 3–5 years of B2B / Institutional Sales experience (EdTech / Technology preferred).
- Experience working with Engineering Colleges, Universities, or Government institutes.
- Basic understanding of AR/VR / XR technologies and immersive learning platforms such as Unity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for field sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology.
- MBA preferred.
