Job Title: Sales Manager- XR (South)

Location: Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive adoption of AR/VR and immersive learning solutions across Engineering Colleges, Universities, Medical Colleges, and Government Training Institutes across India. The role will focus on promoting platforms such as Unity and VR-based training solutions through institutional sales and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of AR/VR software, hardware, and immersive learning solutions.
  • Engage with Principals, Deans, HODs, Skill Lab Heads, and Government officials.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations at institutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with engineering and medical colleges.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and maintain CRM pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for project execution.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of B2B / Institutional Sales experience (EdTech / Technology preferred).
  • Experience working with Engineering Colleges, Universities, or Government institutes.
  • Basic understanding of AR/VR / XR technologies and immersive learning platforms such as Unity.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India for field sales.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology.
  • MBA preferred.
