Job Title: License Compliance Executive
Location: Mumbai
We are seeking a License Compliance Executive responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving software license noncompliance cases. The role involves working closely with customers, sales, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper license usage and closure of compliance cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying the right prospect
- Investigate software license misuse / non-compliance cases
- Strong communication & negotiation skills /Ability to handle difficult customer conversations
- Analyse usage data, Negotiation and closure
- Ensure timely closure of compliance cases
- Experience in software, compliance, or B2B operations is a plus.
